WHAT IS YOUR RETURNS POLICY?

In the unlikely event that an item arrives damaged, you have up to 14 days from receiving the item to inform us at beccisbows@outlook.com . Damaged items must not have been worn and must be returned in their original packaging. Once received, we will inspect the product and inform you whether you are eligible for a refund. Any shipping costs relating to the return of a damaged product, up to a maximum of £5, will also be refunded for eligible returns. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

Due to hygiene reasons, we are unable to accept returns or exchange headbands, hair clips or hair ties (scrunchies etc.), with the exception of damaged on arrival.  

We cannot accept returns on personalised and made to order items unless there is a fault or a name error made on our behalf. Please make sure to check spellings, grammar and/or punctuation before submitting a personalised order.

WHAT IS YOUR SHIPPING POLICY?

I aim to dispatch all orders within 7-10 working days of ordering. However, this can be extended for bespoke and personalised orders, please make sure to check the product listing.

If you require your order on a specific date, please contact beccisbows@outlook.com before ordering. Please make sure all delivery details are correct at the time of ordering as I cannot be held responsible for any lost parcels should it be your fault. All delivery times are estimates only. All orders are sent via Royal Mail or My Hermes. Standard processing times for these are 3-5 days. However in the current world climate these times may be extended. Please make contact if you have not received your order after 10 working days after despatch. All estimates are excluding Sundays and bank holidays. All items are sent tracked to protect both yourself as a buyer and us as a seller.
